Due to constant changes and growth within the fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous in San Diego, group meeetings are subject to change between each seasonal update. The Regional Directory database is updated monthly and printed quarterly. The RSO relies solely upon Meeting Directory Update Forms which are submitted to the Regional Service Committee (RSC) on a monthly basis by each Area's Regional Committee Member (RCM).

In the event of any change, please contact the appropriate Area's RCM or RCM-Alternate at their ASC Meeting. Groups/Meetings along the border in Mexico are listed as a service to travelers and to assist fellowship development.
